Baking has always been a huge passion of mine. I am completely self taught! After 5 years of baking for friends and family, I was convinced to start up my own business. I've been full time since March 2020! 

I specialise in buttercream cakes, cupcakes and brownies. My main focus is creating cakes that taste as good as they look.

Cakes and Bakes by Charlotte is fully insured, has a 5* food hygiene rating from Swale Borough Council 

All cakes are freshly baked to order, from my home kitchen in Sittingbourne, Kent.
